I have received a message in Problems and Reports in the Control Panel
telling me I am using a Beta version of Vista, which I am not. Does anyone
Know how to fix this?
Thanks John

Download Ubuntu, burn it to a CD and install it, thereby removing Vista
and providing you with a real operating system that just works.

Get it at http://www.ubuntu.com/

Did you install a beta/RC release of Vista SP1?

Evidently, you have an old/expired beta version of SP1 installed.
You need to uninstall it and install the final version of SP1.

Uninstall Vista Service Pack 1 Beta

Sorry to hear you are still intelligence impaired but that was not spam
but a viable suggestion for the OP's problem. Also, you are not the
moderator here. So, you saying something is or is not allowed is
meaningless and, once again, reveals you to be the garbage spewing troll
that you are.

Get Ubuntu at http://www.ubuntu.com/

And what is it about "which I am not" that you don't understand, fool?

Frank, hurry, six months have passed since you last pulled your head
out of your stinky butt. You badly need to wash your face.
