Upgrade to VISTA Home

I have a voucher to upgrade from XP to Vista but every time I try to do this
online all I get is an error message and a link to contact Microsoft. This I
have now done on two seperate occasions over a period of three weeks and
still have received no reply. Not even an acknowledgement.

Don't you want me to upgrade?

Try it on a computer at a friends place or your work.

These are peer to peer newsgroups and there is no expectation or requirement
that Microsoft see your post.
