Is it possible to upgrade my Vista Business software to Home Premium edition?

Or is this impossible because it is considerened as downgrading?

Not possible. If you want Business, you gotta pay again. OR, you could
upgrade to a newer operating system that just came out last July. It's
called Ubuntu and be can be gotten at www.ubuntu.com for FREE. It's far
more user friendly than Vista and comes with access to over 23,000 FREE
programs.

No.

Yes.

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/pro.../overview.mspx

I suggest you upgrade to Vista Ultimate, if you want the media functionality
in Home Premium. This will also give you Parental Controls, BitLocker drive
encryption and various MUI packs.

Read this document: 'Installation choices for consumer versions of
Windows Vista (32-bit only)'

At the bottom it shows an upgrade chart for vista to vista upgrades.
Looks like you will have to do a clean install.

Home Premium and Business have different features. You're trying to
get the features of both, and the version that does that is Ultimate,
so that's what you need to upgrade to.

Aye!!

Also, certain features of Vista Enterprise edition are included in Vista
Ultimate as well.

Obtaining Vista Ultimate is money well spent!!

No, it's a downgrade and not possible. A clean installation of Home Premium
is required.

Would you please stop your spamming in this Vista ng? Spamming is not
allowed. The OP is asking about Vista and has not expressed any interest
at all about any other os.
Take it somewhere else, but not here.

How long have you been under the illusion that you are the moderator
here? Profanity isn't "allowed" but you use it constantly. Personal
attacks aren't "allowed" but you do it constantly. Moderate your own low
life and sick behavior before you start trying to correct the behavior
of others.
