Upgrade win xp home with sp2 to win xp pro

I have win xp home edition and just installed sp2 home version. Now, I want
to upgrade to professional version. Should I just put the CD in and install
it or do I have to uninstall sp2 before upgrade or something else? Any one
have any idea? Thank you.
