How to upgrade windows vista business to windows vista enterprise?

Hi,
I have one pc installed with vista business and I have license key of vista
enterprise which we have purchased. I like to upgrade windows vista business
to windows vista enterprise without uninstallation of vista business.

How I can do it.

AFAIK you have to install Enterprise. No upgrade path.

If you qualify under these 'eligibility' requirements, you can upgrade with
any copy of Enterprise, and your valid product key.

Then what are you going to do with the Business license? Is it worth using
your Enterprise license on that machine, as the only things you will gain is
the lack of the need to activate and BitLocker, AFAIK.

I thought activation is now a 'feature' of the Enterprise license.

Thanks for your response. I am working for a software company and we need to
test a lot of software on diffrent platform for that i need to upgrade the
same.
