Upgrade Windows XP HE to Win XP SP2

Sorry, Correction about my previous question. I wrote
down re-install SP2 instead of un-install it and back to
my original setup. Can I do un-install it SP2 and back to
my original setup? Is just like SP2 is not fully upgraded
to all XP users. So I have to wait until there no problem.
