Upgrade Windows XP to SP2

When i shall upgrade and install SP2 i got this message:

An error occurres while copying file ocmsn.dll

Can not copy file to destination directory.

Setup cannot copy the file ocmsn.dll.

I have tried upgrade from internet and from SP2 cd?
