Auto-update finally had the sp1 update available for a 32 vista home
premium installation. (gateway with a sigmatel sound card). Went through
the update with 2 driver errors. One of the driver errors was the verizon
vcast music manager driver. (It allows you to download songs to your
verizon phone, in this case an lg env). The program runs, but can't play
any music files listed before the sp1 update, even though these files are in
the same hardrive location, says the files are not in the expected location.
If you add new music files to the pc hardrive, vcast can find and then play
those. Verizon answer was "this isn't our problem, but it's
microsofts......"
