Windows XP is a qualifier for upgrade to any version of Windows Vista.
You may cause yourself problems if you use the Anytime Upgrade option.
But if you purchase Windows Vista Home Premium Upgrade, all should be
OK for you to move the Windows Vista Basic to another computer as long
as Home Basic is retail and not OEM.
This also assumes you still have the media to install Windows XP.
