You can, but it's not an upgrade. If you already have a 64-bit disk from the
other machine (retail or generic OEM), then you can use it and the product
key from the 32-bit system to install that version. If you don't have one,
you'll need to obtain one. For retail, use this link:

Backup data, etc. before beginning as you will only be able to do a clean
install, there is no upgrade path. Programs will need to be reinstalled from
their original installation media.
