Hi,

You can, but it's not an upgrade. If you already have a 64-bit disk from the
other machine (retail or generic OEM), then you can use it and the product
key from the 32-bit system to install that version. If you don't have one,
you'll need to obtain one. For retail, use this link:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsvist...a/default.mspx

Backup data, etc. before beginning as you will only be able to do a clean
install, there is no upgrade path. Programs will need to be reinstalled from
their original installation media.

If you are talking about having Ultimate 64 on both machines, you will need
to purchase a copy or license and do a clean install. If you want to
install Vista Business 64, you need to obtain a DVD with the 64 bit version
on it. You do not need a new license in this case. You still need to do a
clean install. You can use Windows Easy Transfer to move your settings and
data, but will need to re-install your programs in either case.
