Upgrading from Home Premium to Business?

Is it possible to upgrade from Home Premium to Business? I'd rather to
an upgrade installation rather than a clean install.

We recently got 10 new PCs and they all came with Home Premium.

And I don't care much for the media center features, I just want to
add the PCs to the domain.

There is no upgrade path from Windows Vista Home Premium to
Windows Vista Business edition...a clean install would be required.
Upgrading to Windows Vista Ultimate edition would be your
best option.

No, there is no upgrade path from any of the Home versions to the Business
version.

He does not want media. Perhaps he does not need Ultimate? Only for
BitLocker?
