HI, if i upgrade from basic to premium will i get all the features or not my
specs are:

No. Only the Vista Ultimate edition offers all Windows Vista features. You
will however get the mobility and Tablet-PC functionality, Aero and Media
Center.

You will get all the features of Vista Home Premium, including those you now
have in Basic if that is what you are asking. The only edition of Vista
that combines the features of all editions is Ultimate.
