Upgrading vista buisness to home premium

Is it possible to upgrade vista buisness to home premium? Could I just pop an
upgrade disk into the computer and upgrade it or is it not possible.

No. If you have Vista Business edition, the only
upgrade is to Vista Ultimate.

No, that is effectively a downgrade and there is no downgrade path.

You would need perform a Clean Installation of Windows Vista Home
Premium.
Backup all important data before you begin.
