upgrading window vista 32 bit in windows vista ultimate or window

sir , i have hp pavilian note book 6502au and in this i got window vista home
premimum 32 bit for operating system now i like to upgrade it in windows
vista ultimate or windows 7. please what upgrading options i can have ? and
what i have to pay for it ? what will paymeant mode ? where i can upgrade it ?

This is a peer-to-peer newsgroup - you are addressing the world, not an
individual. ;-)

I believe you are over-thinking this...

You can purchase an upgrade or other retail version of Windows Vista
Ultimate 32-bit. For Windows 7, you could upgrade to Windows 7 Home Premium
or Windows 7 Ultimate, again you just need to purchase an upgrade or other
retail version of either of those products.

So those are your options. You pay the best price you can find at whatever
legitimate reseller you can find and trust and pay by whatever method the
reseller will accept and you can make.

That make sense?

Clarification on the Windows 7 upgrade possibilities: 32-bit only (you
cannot do an in-place upgrade from 32-bit to 64-bit.)
