Upgrading to XP Pro from XP Home

I am trying to upgrade XP Home Edition to XP Professional. My computer came
loaded with XP OEM version with SP2. I was having trouble getting past the
initial Install Page on XP Pro and I realized I was using a full Version
Version of Pro. My question to anyone familiar with these OS is "Should I be
using an upgrade version or should the full version load?" Thanks in advance
for any help.

XP Pro SP1 will not upgrade over XP Home SP2, and as you computer was
shipped with SP2 integrated, you do not have the option of uninstalling
SP2..

However, you can create a bootable XP SP2 CD.. go to this website for
instruction..
