Upload Error... Again

1) I get an upload error when I post to a newsgroup (happens on several
manes newsgroups)
The message tells me there was a problem uploading the message to
'newsgroupname'.
But, The message does get posted ok and WLM puts a copy of the message in
the Outbox.
I keep getting the error message every time I start WLM until I delete the
message out of the Outbox.

This has been ongoing ever since I installed WLM.

2) At times, usually when I first start WLM in the morning after starting up
my computer I get a message in
the preview pane saying that WLM didn't shut down properly.
This is probably caused by the fact that the last thing I do at night before
I shut my computer off is check
my email. It appears WLM isn't shutting down properly.

This has been ongoing ever since I installed WLM.

Will there be a fix pretty soon to some of these issues in WLM?

No problem sending emails.
I'll have to wait until the upload problem occurs again 'cause I delted the
message from the Outbox.

Perhaps because Windows Live Mail has a bug in that regard.
It seems to be elusive since I've never experienced it.
