Uploading photos to ebay from Vista

Any help would be appreciated... can anybody tell me why I can't upload a
picture on to ebay? I am new to Vista and new to Ebay and don't have any
idea why it isn't working.

Not without some more information. What happens when you try the
upload? Exactly what message are you seeing? The more information you
give us, the more likely we can figure something out.
