Uploading Problem Part 2

Original posting: windows xp service packs & updats done... now computer
stuck in continuous looping! Followed Jupiter Jones suggestion #2: Reboot
tapping f8 I selected last known good config.it did nothing, then did it
again choosing safe mode nothing happened unable to go father just keeps
relopping in the windows sign on mode. I can not complete suggestions 1,2, &
4 since cant get a screen other than the windows and my compac sign on/boot
screens. HELP PLEASE
