upnp

hi i have windows messenger live and am connected via the internet through a
wireless network i was requested to do remote assistance yesterday and it
kept saying a error message saying could not connect to remote host name and
upon checking my status it says im connected to the internet through a upnp
port restricted nat <administrator>
i have never had any problems doing this before until yesterday and i have
not changed any settings how can i resolve this issue?

You're accepting the request for remote assistance? If so, the connection problem is then on
the side of the person sending you the request. They're the one probably not behind a UPnP
NAT or have some sort of software firewall blocking it.
