Urgent help needed with removing updates

I recently updated windows and one of the files would do something to Office
2003. Now I'm at home wanting to work, I don't have the installation cd's and
everytime I want to open any of the Office 2003 programs it tries to install
some undescribed feature. It promts me for the installation disks which I
don't have and won't be able to get for 2 weeks. Is there any way I can
delete the particular update or file that is causing this disaster. I need
some urgent help please.
