Nero should do the trick just fine. Right-click the ISO file, select "Open
With", browse to the \Program Files\Ahead\Nero folder, select nero.exe and
click the "Always open with" box. That will associate all ISO files with
Nero and should allow you to burn them with a single click from now on.
