Okay, I have gone thru every file in system 32....took days...and still when
I find a icon sort-of folder it will not open.....it always says ".bin
missing or file has been moved and is missing codec" what is up?? anyone??
I find it really un-bearable that to add an icon to a folder or file or
name...which I do very often, I have to go to this little file I downloaded
from HP and choose a pathetic one....then carry and close and move to
project. Something so simple should and always was very easy and fast.
Would pop right up and you could continue without blinking. Well this is
Windows Vista Home Premium....started with Vista, was corrupt,return....then
Premium, was corrupt,return...no after many programers and corp. reps...was
urged to purchase this Vista.....assured it is better than all others. I
have not had one week to just get work done then actually enjoy it. Yep,
just venting I guess...happens ya know....thanks if anyone wants to mess with
this little prob. MAHALO.

Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories and right-click
on the Command Prompt and choose "Run as administrator".
Type in: SFC /SCANNOW and press your Enter key.
