usb 2.0 driver

hello Anybody
I do have windows 2000 and I want to update the driver for ubs 1.0 to 2.0,
thus I connect a HD external usb 2.0 and is not recognized on my computer I
need help. Where =do I get that driver update?

You need to install a USB 2.0 PCI card since
you cannot upgrade from USB 1.1 to USB 2.0.
