USB 2.0 port not recognized

Hi,

I have a 4 port ALi USB 2.0 installed on intel 810 motherboard. Windows XP
refuses to recognize this device and gives a yellow exclamation in the device
manager.
XP already installed with SP2 and tried with the drivers given along with
the USB card, but the USB 2.0 port is not recognized.

Please help.

I would contact the hardware vendor to report this problem and get
compatible drivers
