usb 2 problems

it seems i've tried everythin but nothing works, there is an error message
there i need the usb host controller to update my usb driver to 2.0 my
mainboard is a msi k7t turbo2, i uninstalled the sp2 and reinstalled the sp1
but it doesn't seems to work i can't find it or solve it anyhow so if someone
could help me

Does not indicate that the USB is 2.0, only four ports
listed which means this is an old design board.

Buy a PCI USB 2.0 card, perhaps a combo card and get
Firewire too.
