USB Addressing

Not to sure if this is the place to pose this question or not, but here
goes.

I have a been trying to figure how to connect two devices to the USB port.
One is an I/O Mega 7 in 1 DVD CDW device. This device will take the first 4
device addresses which is available. The camera will work by itself
selecting the first device address available. The I/O mega device will take
out the camera and it is no where to find.



The question is, is there a way to assign an address to devices on the usb
port?
