Since upgrading to vista my computer does not recognise the usb drivers.
each time I plug them in to the computer it has to search for the driver. It
aslo does not recognise my printer despite it being vista certified. When i
intitally download and install the driver it will print without a problem.
However, when I turn off the computer it get the same message again pleae
install driver software and install the driver for the printer. Please can
some one help as I start uni in a few days and I need to have the cmputer
working.
