I believe there was a note about this in the WHQL Newsletter. Up through
WLK 1.4, the kit included the USB compliance test from the USB
Implementor's Forum, and ran that test as part of the testing. For some
reason, WHQL has decided to remove this from WLK, and instead requires you
to download and run the compliance test yourself. When you pass that test,
you get a Test ID that you enter into WLK.

After some searching I found out that that the USB-IF Test Certification ID Check is no longer required. So, the result of the test doesn't matter as the test is filtered in WLK 1.5.
After running the test(s), download the WLK filters(updatefilters.cab) from the winqual website and follow the procedure to update the filters. If you view the result now, the test result will be filtered.

Hope this post helps someone in the future.
Good luck!
