"CPWRHighsticker",
Please "roll back" the driver on each one with a yellow mark. Here's how:
1. Right-click on My Computer
2. Click Properties
3. Click on the Device Manager tab
4. Find one of the USB drivers that is no longer working (highlighted
yellow)
5. Right-click on the device, and then click Remove
6. Confirm you wish to remove the device
7. Close the Device Manager window
8. Click Start
9. Click Settings
10. Click Control Panel
11. Double-click Add New Hardware
12. Click Next to start searching for plug and play devices
13. Follow the wizard, and point the wizard toward the Windows directory for
the drivers.
14. This should roll back the drivers and achieve the functionality you are
looking for.
15. This may take some testing on your part to go through this wizard a few
times, finding the older driver.
Post back and let us know how this goes.
Sincerely,
Pat Walters [MSFT]
