First time at this - I think I sent a blank.
Something went wrong when downloading Service pack 2. I finally got most
resolved but still have no use of any USB connections - a printer and digital
camera. I have followed the troubleshooter and none of its suggetions makes
any difference. I have uninstalled the printer and reinstalled it.
Attempting to print a file does not even accumulate in the files waiting
counter for the printer. Device manager says the USB is working fine. I
don't see it working at all. Any advice?
