Hi, I just got this laptop from my company which doesn't have a Serial RS232
port. I need this for my job function (console ports) and had to buy a
USB-Serial converter. Problem is, I am able to send commands via the CLI to
the equipment but when the console messages come to me, I get corrupted or
mixed up characters. I've tried 3 different types of usb converters and they
all work on other XP Pro SP2 machines but not mine. Any ideas?
