USB soundcard startup

Hi,

I have an external USB soundcard (Lexicon Alpha) that does not turn on
automatically when I boot my computer (Windows Vista). I need to
manunally unplug and plug the USB cable.
Does anyone know how to avoid that ?

Hmmn, just a guess, but worth trying:

In Device Manager, find the hub it is connected to, and uncheck this box:
