Use of Windows XP that came with my Laptop

My Sony Vaio came with Widows XP home edition. I installed Windows
Professional full version on it. Can I use the Windows XP home edition
software that came with my laptop to upgrade another PC since I am no longer
using it on my laptop?

No. A preinstalled OEM version of Windows XP cannot
be transferred nor activated on a different computer. Its
license is exclusively tied to the manufacturer's computer.

Please read your End-User License Agreement by going
to Start > Run and type: WINVER , and hit enter.
