With Outlook Express I used to be able to choose the address I used for
sending my emails. How can I set up Windows Mail to do the same thing?

If you have multiple accounts set up in WM, when you compose a message,
click on the From: box to select which account.

As far as I remember about OE, Windows Mail works the same relative to what
you are asking.
