Useful features

Many many people use plus! for additional useful features, sometimes just
wondering why MS will not add those features into messenger. Too haughty to
listen to users or do not want to make Pachou cry? Personally I feel that
Yahoo has more efficient R&D group than MS.For instance, Yahoo messenger has
many good feature long time ago and now WLM starts to have them(not all);
Yahoo mail beta comes later but it is much fast and less problem than Live
mail beta; PC to phone feature provided by YM is cheap and can be used by
the people all over the world, and YM also provide "phone in" feature. On
the other side, "PC to phone" costs more money in WLM and only people in
very few countries can use it, it does not have "Phone in" feature.

Each "feature" requires a good user scenario, can't break backwards compatibility, can't
annoy the advertisers, has to pass through legal etc. MSN actually "moves" a lot faster than
the rest of Microsoft and it still seems slow.

Now, to be clear, I don't disagree with you, I simply am providing an explanation. In terms
of VoIP, I really think Microsoft is playing catchup, years of excuses have given Skype and
others the leg up.
