User Account Control alert - Remember trusted program?

Vista Ultimate, SP1

Every time I start up a particular program, I get a User Account Control
alert warning me that an "uanauthorized program" wants access to my
computer, and I have to respond that I trust the program.

Is there any way to get the computer to remember that I trust this program,
so the alert doesn't come up every time?

Thanks.
