User account control

Hello, I am having a problem with vista because every time I try to
download (Flash player 10) window has a pop up saying:

I may have accidentally blocked it? don't know? I spent about 3 hours
trying to find out how to unblock it, but I have no clue...

Vista 64 and I use IE and Firefox browsers.

Hi,

Download the program (save, not run/open when the dialog is presented) from
the site to your desktop. Right click the file, choose properties. On the
first tab, click on "unblock". Close the properties dialog, then right click
the file and choose 'run as administrator'.
