user account control woes

Hi,

I have created three seperate user accounts for persons using the computer.
Two accounts with password authentication and guest account. The trouble is
that when logging off one of the password accounts, one does not get to
choose between all three accounts. Only one of them appear on the screen. To
get at all three acccounts I have to reset the computer. How come? What is
the fix for this?

Computer is running Windows Vista Home Premium.
