User account picture

Here is a strange one. i decided to do a fresh install of vista Ultimate
without dual booting so now i have vista on my computer as a stand alone. I
decided as i was going to install all my applications back on i would
disable the UAC so it would not have any problems install anything. So here
is my problem, When i first setup my User account i changed the picture and
there was no problem, since enabling UAC it always shows a flower and i can
not seem to change the display of the picture, When i disable UAC it goes
back to the picture i changed to. Anyone have any idea's. My server is using
vista Ultimate with UAC enabled and i changed the picture on that one
without no problems.

Ok I found the answer I a corrupt user account, after creating a new one
every thing is fine now.
