User account for Windows XP and NIS 2004

I have 2 administrator accounts for my Windows XP Home. But I always fail to
access Personal Firewall, Intrusion Detection and Norton AntiSpam in NIS
2004. Norton always asks to have supervisor accounts to access it. In fact, I
don't know what kind of my administrator accounts are.. child? teenager? or
what?
How to make my administrator accounts become supervisor accounts in NIS 2004?

I would suggest you check with NIS newsgroup for your reported posting.
