user accounts cannot access WMP 11

I have windows xp. Windows media player 11 works on my user account but not
on the other three accounts of my family members. They all have an icon but
it does nothing?? advice please?

Media Player can normally be located in
\Program Files\Windows Media Player
and is called wmplayer.exe . Try starting it manually from there using the
user account where it doesn't work.
If necessary, try reinstalling Media Player from here:
