User accounts - renaming Issue.

I wish to rename my user on Vista Business.
My current user is called "Sparow", missing an extra "r".

I followed the path:

- Control Panel\User Accounts\User Accounts

And used the "Change your account name" option to change the name of the
account to "Sparrow" (Including an extra "r").

Now this shows on my login screen and when clicking on the windows button on
the start menu

But, when accessing the directory

- C:\Users

The user is displayed as "Sparow" (That's the original Sparrow without two
"r"'s)
- C:\Users\Sparow

Is it because this was the original account name and it cannot be changed?
What options do I have?
Are they: To somehow edit the name of this account, Create a new user with
the correct spelling of my name and copy the files across, or any other
soloution.

I know it sounds like a trivial query - but it means something to me.

Thank you for your time, it's much appreciated and any help would be great!

Sparrow

Sorry I don't have an answer only the same problem. I bought a laptop that
was a display model. The admin account was a long number. I would have
changed the account name to mine but the folders are still the long number.
There must be some solution, my searches so far have not revealed an answer
only a large number of people that want to do the same thing. If not a
simple rename there must be a procedure to accomplish this. I would settle
for the simple way XP remapped My Documents.

Hello Ronin and Sparrow
I don't have a "quick fix", but rather a long one. How about set up
new admin account, logon to it, Remove the first one. The system wil
offer you to keep the files before removing the account. The only thin
you'll lose is e-mail messages
