Start a Windows Explorer Window. Navigate to C:\Users and look for a
folder with the same name as the Admin account you were in. Look for a
folder called Start Menu. In there you will find the shortcuts for
Chrome. Cut the shortcuts(s).
Navigate back up to the C:\users directory. Look for a folder named
All Users. Put the shortcuts in there.
If you want to have the shortcuts on the desktop too, you will need to
copy and past the shortcuts to the Desktop folder. You make need to go
to the Tools-> Folder Options and turn on "view hidden folders" to
make some of this happen.
