User on blocked list sends instant message

Greetings to all,

I have Windows Live Messenger running on Windows XP Media Center.
Yesterday, I received an instant message from a user in my blocked list. In
tools, options, privacy -I have a check in the box that says "Only people in
my Allow list can send can see my status and send me messages." Does anyone
know how can the blocked user send my and instant message?

Are you sure it was the same Passport ID you blocked?
I had this problem one time, and that user had made a new account and
modified one letter.
First I thought it was the same but it wasn't. Check the Passport ID
