User Control for Acrobt 8.1

I just installed CS3 with Acrobat 8.1. I can run Acrobat using the
Administrator password, but cannot launch the application with the "user
account". If I try, I get a "Adobe Acrobat 8.1 has stopped working" error
message.

I'm on Vista Home Premium.
