User Feed Synchronization

Every so often, while playing a game, it will terminate with no error
messages. With the timestamp of when it happens, I have pinned it down in
the event log to the task scheduler. It is giving me errors about the User
Feed Synchronization. What is that? And how can I fix this problem?
