User login picture

The little frame that appears around the "usertile" picture on the login
screen and the top of the start menu: Is that in the Windows directory or
can I download it somewhere? I want to create an icon using it.

Hi,

That frame is part of the icon, and they're embedded in one of the library
files. You'll have to either find or create your own.

I would print screen it, open it in an Image editor then crop it.
