User name

I had to send my laptop back due to a problem and when I got it back they had
reinstalled Vista Ultimate and the user name was test. I went to the control
panel and changed the name but the directory still says test and when ever a
program referances it it says test insted of the log-in name, how do I fix
this?

Any reference to Documents and Settings is now known as 'Users' in Vista:

make a new account with the desired user name
move all your files emails and favs to the new account
and delete the old

Hi,

Create an account with the preferred name and begin using that. While you
can change the "friendly" name, you cannot change the user account folder
name.
