Hello Madhu,
Even when a user profile is deleted the "C:\Users\(user name)" folder
is sometimes still there with all of it's files. If it is there, I would
make a backup copy of them.
Afterwards, you can try doing a System Restore using a restore point
dated before this to try and repair your user profile and system.
