Omg im afraid I might have screwed up royally in the fixing process
Someone on some other forum told me to go through tha
HKLM/Software/Microsoft/Microsoft/Windows NT/CurrentUser/ProfileLis
process and then delete the SID number i didnt want....so I thought h
meant to delete all of them so I went and deleted all of them and now
found out one of those is actually my old profile!!!!!!!

Im really horrified by what I did and I really need my documents back
Is there anyway to retrieve those documents once I deleted them? I mea
surely the computer holds them or recycles them somewhere....pleeeeas
pleeease hel

Try System Restore back to before you did that.

How to Do a System Restore in Vista

You can also logon as ADMIN or in Safe Mode (as Admin) and your files should
be
under C:\Users\Your User Name\ and can be accessed with any ADMIN
account.

Another method is to access the files using the Built-in Admin Account.

How to Enable or Disable the Real Built-in Administrator Account in Vista

If needed the old profile can be changed to a new one using the same
procedures as if
the old one had been corrupted.

Fix a corrupted user profile

Hope those help sort it out for you.
